Give him a warm bath... that will soothe him... and give him something warm to drink... like hot cocoa... and then watch a movie with him... I bet you half n'hour into the movie he'll be sleeping... but if you think putting on a movie isn't a good idea... then stay in his room until he falls asleep... the warm bath and hot drink will do the trick instantly...
