Learn to write English correctly please.

I will take a stab and giving you some kind of answer eventhough
it is unclear what you are asking.

People move of course that is common wherever you are in the world.

You can usually divert your mail if you go to the post office and tell them the new address. In some countries the service is free for the first few weeks and in others thye charge.

That gives you time to contact everyone that is sending you mail and let them know your new address.

what?????

Ok, this is how I take it,

Can I renew my passport even though I have changed adress?

Yes, your passport it self does not have your home adress. When you apply for your passport, It will ask you for your curent address. When you renew, you just put in your new address.

I dont understand the Question so I hope that this answers it!

peter s is right. You will have to give the adddress where you have been living for the past 6 months. That should suffice. Later in life, you can also get it changed.

MAXIMUM YOU NEED TO STAY AT A PLACE FOR TWO YEARS. THAT IS THE REQUIREMENT, THERE IS NO NEED FOR PERMANENT ADDRESS. YOU NEED TO BE CITIZEN, THAT IS THE REQUIREMENT.
