#1 Being with my wife is a first, but having other good friends around is a bonus
#2 Having lots activities is important to us, more important than being near a sunbathing beach. Hiking, cycling, tennis, watersports are all great. It's a bonus to be in a truly beautiful area
#3 Easy, reliable travel arrangements make a holiday low stress
#4 Clean functional accomodation is a must, but luxury is a bonus of course
#5 Good quality local produce and cuisine adds a bit of flavour to a holiday

3 Cheaps and 3 Bests, That's all.

3 Cheaps...
1. Tickets
2. Accommodation
3. Activities

3 Bests
1. Weather
2. Food
3. Photos

If I get all those, it would really make my holiday the greatest.

and a few more to add would be,
absolute peace, lots of romance and surprises from my lover if I am traveling with her, well behaved kids if they are with me, about some *TRAVEL BONUS* from *My BOSS* not just vacation pay, and finally my favorite...

still being able to hold half of the Travel Budget upon my arrival at home to pay off credit card bills!

The one that lives up to the holiday brochures description, not all travel companies are as honest as they should be when describing their package deals, the price of trips once you reach your destination, the fuel supplements or the hidden costs once added on to the price of the holiday itself can be a shock, especially for families who are on a budget, thankfully some travel companies have it right and go out of their way to please, so pat yourselves on the back because you made my dreams come true with the holiday we booked with you to Cuba, it was as described, no hidden costs and the staff both in the shops, airport and our destination were a pleasure to deal with.

A great holiday is made when you enjoy your trip. You have good company, good food and great entertainment. Prices are fair and you don't get ripped off. And of course you don't have to wait in long lines..

yourself really, if you go on holiday with a negative attitude then you will have a negitive experience. Other things contribute but i think if you are away with a close freind or partner than not many things can ruin the holiday,

but things that travel operators would count as 'good market research' are, good accomadation, good food and drink, cheap everything, fun and interesting things to do, staff that will do anything for you.
any other little touches will be great

When everything runs smooth as clockwork. The weather is great, people are friendly and the food and entertainment is good. But above all you booked it through Thompson. With their friendly reps and fun times for kids clubs.
