try something called the internet? massive website on there for recruiting police. dont think they are recruiting at the moment but keep looking.
also there is a met police recruit line as well. Try ringing them for an application form.
Not sure how you couldnt have come up with this yourself?

The police do not use recruitemnt agencies.
You need to contact your local station, they will put you to the right address for application forms.
If you are thining of joining the Met, you will need to live in the catchment area that the Met serves.
The police is spit by region and each has its own application critieria and procedues
