that toasts the bread evenly. Can you recommend one?

I am married - gone through quite a few toasters. The latest one is a Tefal - none of them toast evently so that all the bread is crisp and brown.
I want someone who is happy with their toaster to tell me what make it is.
Why can't scientists invent a pop-up toaster which toasts all the way over the bread??????

I found a relatively inexpensive one in a local Home Hardware store made by Proctor Silex. It toasts bread very evenly but is a little slow although the results are worthwhile. It came in two non colours black and white. Around twenty dollars Canadian it was a good buy, I would recommend it I have also a GE toaster that is supposed to go down on its' own but it was too frustrating to use as it took too many drops of the bread before it would accept it and begin toasting, it is over 30 years old but still works when it decides to. It is in storage, the Proctor Silex rules the kitchen countertop right now.

I like the toaster that has an egg or breakfast meat cooker all in one unit. I got one for my parents last Christmas and it works really good. The toast cooks evenly, and by the time the toast is done, the eggs and bacon are done too. It's great for making breakfast sandwiches. I got it at Walmart.

I had this crappy $20 toaster for a mutually as, then it konked out. I went in seek of a clean one and got here abode with a Cuisinart kind extensive slot (so it quite is going to accommodate bagels) toaster, with a stainless end. it quite is arms down the appropriate toaster I even have ever had. I even have long exceeded by using my honest share of toasters, enable me provide help to recognize. we are a disposable society, and once you lay down twenty or so funds for a toaster, it of course will not final very long - you toss it and bypass purchase yet another much less high priced one....it quite is the vicious equipment cycle. i wish you detect one and are as happy with it as i'm with mine. Take care!

Ladies and gentlemen, please raise your glasses and wish Ceasers Wife every happiness in the future

Will that do, do I count as a toaster now ?

The best toast comes from a wire grid on your Aga. Although if you haven't got one it menas a toaster will cost you about £8000

Otherwise, the 6/8 slice commercial ones are best, about £100 from a commercial wholesaler/cash and carry. they are such better quality that anything you get in the high street.
