Wars are not stage plays that start when the curtain is raised.
Wars start slowly over some action taken by one country to another. Wars need time to steam and stew until that time when an explosion takes place.
By the way things are going now between Iran, Israel, North Korea, Iraq and Africa, it would seem that a War is now in the brewing stage and it is slowly stewing and getting ready to explode.
For all intents and purposes, I feel that World War 3 has already started but the elements have not met, congealed and taken inventory of the needs and objectives of the participating groups.
One day, either soon or within the next couple of years, some fool will do something irrational and "BOOM"---World War 3 is on.

When you consider that World War II began as a struggle against Jewish power and graduated into a struggle for world power, you might recognize the very same dynamics in present affairs. Recognizing the same, most basic ideological differences today as then, without regard for the more confusing assessments of the countries or cultures involved, even makes one wonder if it is simply that World War II is erupting again today. But if World War III is to be the last great war of the world, surely it will be settled simply by a different resolution to the same, most basic problem.

We are probably in so deep that, there is no way out. the leaders of America have hurt every country in one way or another. We are $8 trillion dollars in debt. The other smaller powers are itching to team up and destroy us. With the allies and an already exhausted America we don't stand much of a chance. Unless we get these men & women out of office. Countries automaticly prepair for war when Republicans take office. Because it is inevitable.

I don't think it will become a full scale world war, it will probably be the equivalent of the "100 years war" or "the cold war" with many small wars and hostile actions take place over many years.
I think it has already started several years ago.

I think that we are already in WWW III, it started before we invaded Iraq. When we were attacked on our own soil, it began. To quote George Bush, "if your not with us, your against us". That is a declaration of war against the world. We will need to seek more world support, if we are to nip this in the bud. This has the markings of total annihilation, what with N. Korea, and the Middle East gaining nuclear weapons. It is a very scary situation.

We're already there. It's called Islamic Global Jihad, and it started in the 1970's.
And it's about to get a lot worse, once Iran goes nuclear.

I'd like to think humanity has grown up since the last one....all indications appear that this is far from reality...expect the unexpected but do not live in fear.

ww3 has been started by Bush and Blair. They are systematically working their way through the oil rich countries first. Then timber rich countries. Then coal rich countries. and so on. America is hell bent on world domination.

Hello,
When the Twin Towers were exploded by our government, with help from the Middle Easteners, that is when WWIII began. It will not end until Jesus comes back to take His church home.
Hope this helps you.. :-)
