Dear Friend, you are now a complete man and should understand the concept of Money in your life.
I recommend you that whenever you want to buy something at first think that : Do u really NEED it or not? If YES you even can want more money from your parents to buy it and they will guide and help you. but if you dont really need it you can and MUST save that money for the time that REALLY NEED something.
after all i am sure that your parents and u yourself can find the best way to be always rich even without much money...

When you save money at a young age you would feel more secure with yourself when you grow up. You learn to control yourself and know which is more important and which is not not. Its like budgeting. But m not sure if u know that. But for sure, even though I have been saving since I was seven, my youngest brother, he's ten, he saves more money than I do. He saves it in a piggy bank and kept it in our parents room to control himself from spending unnecessary stuff. U may think u need to buy lunch at school, but u could save a lot by bringing something from home. Just think of it this way; you save ur money on something u wish to get for urself on ur birthday, u'll know how rewarding it will be.

Saving $ it's a healthy habit due the independence you could have in the difficult moments, even when your parents get ill or die.
Also in the good times, you could buy all the stuff you like without permission.
How to save $? Help with the delivery of newspapers, or express delivery in your county in your bycicle, buying less ice cream or taking care of your belongings, in your house, I mean do not break things that you can't repair: Tv, PC, etc. Also your own clothing.

Parents always say you have to save money.... don't take it literally, what they mean is you have to save by means of buying just the most important things that you really need, NECESSARY THINGS only, and have to be aware of the ways on how you can save money by buying things that are cheap but with good quality..

what ur parents are trying to do here is to teach u that money does not come easy. You have to save money because money is not always available, so when a time comes and u need it u can use what u have saved before. u have to try to see what is most important and buy it and save the money of the less important things

Like my Dad used to say, "save it for a raining day."
Meaning you never know when you might just need alittle extra.
