there's time for emotions, no doubt. however, in a typical
situation, it is much more intelligent to take things slowly.
if you feel your anger/emotions building up, confront yourself
with the simple fact that this is anger you are feeling.
say it to yourself "this is anger I'm feeling". This will help
you to stay calm and think things over rather then exploding...
