You obviously still have feelings for him or you wouldn't care what he thinks about your new look. Is he worth the effort? If not, Maybe you should try and find a guy that cares about YOU, not your looks. And the "make the ex jealous" play can backfire. I had a friend do exactly that and she showed up at her ex-boyfriends to find a cute blonde in his arms. Needless to say, she left quite upset.

If you want to show off and found out him in the arms of somebody else having such a swell time, what then?
Or you do get to see him alone but still he doesnt give you a second look?
And the way I see it, you clearly has not gotten over your relationship with him, maybe its about time you should.
What your thinking is scary for your ego, can you handle the seemingly endless possibilities?

If its only to make you feel better about your self then i reccomend you dont cause since hes your ex hes probably not with you for a reason and if he has a new gf or is flirting with another girl prehaps you will only be hurting yourself although you may look different he may still see the same girl through it.

NO NO NO, big mistake. Please girl don't put yourself in that position. as you say he's your EX, you obviously still haev some sort of feeling for him because you want to see him. But when you don't show up then you'll be on his mind even more.
