Ok. I went to bed at 9:00 pm right? Cuz i need plenty of sleep. But i don't get it. I think i fell asleep for maybe like 20 min. Maybe. But i'm not sure. But i cannot sleep. What to do?

You need to see a doc to make sure there is no underlying problems causing this, a blood work up will tell allot, it was recommended to me once. Also try excercising every day and stay away from salt and caffiene.

No sports or extreme action flicks after 7pm... no heavy meals or heavy eating after 6pm. Drink chamomile tea before bed, along with having a warm bath and sleep in a comfortable bed in a bedroom that is made exclusively for sleeping.

Firstly get up. there is no pointr in staying in bed if you feel like that. Have some warm mik read a book for a while then go back to bed .

you went to bed at 9pm fell asleep for 20 minutes and now its 2am

hahah ur crazy!!

but on a serious note
i get the same problem
u have something important on today dont you?
something ur nervous about or something you want to be early for... ? anything at all?

stop thinking about it drink a cup of tea and try to go to bed somewhere other than your bed... it works for me

You might have a sleep disorder, it's call
insomnia, you should call your doctor and ask him about research study for insomnia you might qualify to participate.

Have a nice bath, to relax your self. and go to bed afterwards. When you are relaxed you sleep better.
