The general rule of thumb is you shouldn't date anyone younger than half your age plus 7 so he's 44: 44/2=22 22+7=29. So following that he shouldn't date anyone younger than 29. But this isn't always true sometimes love conquers all but don't expect to be the exception. Be cautious entering a relationship with a man 21 years your senior.

If you are both willing participants and are both unattached, I say go for it. I would not hold very high expectations of it having any staying power though.......because a 23yr old and a 44 yr old are at two completely different stages of life and when the dust settles from all the initial lust and romance it will become apparent......to both of you. I'd say it'll be one of those "it was fun while it lasted" relationships. But perhaps worth every memory!

Age should not matter if you are in love there is a 35 year difference in my marriage he is 72 and I will be 38 but we have been together for 13 years so age do not matter.

Hes a fantasy. And it probably won't develop into much more then that. A hot flingy affair and then he'll be gone. To the next hot young thing. Ugh. Looks can be such a lie.

Age shouldn't matter. However red flag...are you basing dating him on the fact he is hot, looks in 20's? cause at 44 it won't be long and he won't be able to hide his age.

Go for it .People in general are healthier these days .He may have the finacial resourse to put the time and effort to go the gym and is having a second adolesence .His testosterone has probably been reignited . Take advantage of that while you can .
Enjoy it while you can .

you can date him and all but unless he's very immature it won't last long as you both won't be compatible due to age difference.
plus ask yourself....why does this guy of this age know the walk n talk of your age group? never grew up? semi-pedophile? cheating husband? freak from a chat room?
I'd tread softly as sometimes the ugliest beasts come in the pretty packages.

do what you want to. It's your life and no one else can live for you.
as long as you know what your getting to then go crazy. just cause his age says he is older does not mean he is. being older in age does not mean we are all ready for the nursing home. we can be as active as anyone else. the only difference is the next day we might be sore but we get over and go for it again. glutten for punishment

Sure. If he looks okay and he suits you. Plus he's more mature than a lot of the younger men, so he would really be good for you if you let him.
