I live in michigan getting ready to move to alabama to be with him. I have to send the gift, but what should I get him? Something nice, but not to expensive since I have to send it to him. (He loves the red wings)

buy you a teddy send it to him with a note that says have this ready when i get there.and get stuff to make a fantasy come true

Well, the obvious choice would be to get him a Red Wings jersey, unless he already has one. Those can be kind of pricey though. You could also get a t-shirt, that's a lot less expensive, and I'm sure he'll like it.
Hey, to be honest, I'm sure he'll like whatever you get him, but look at it this way, if you are moving to Alabama to be with him, the best gift will be you!
