Let her make her own decision. It's about being an adult. Lots of people have sex on the third date or before. It's called free will.
Make sure she's safe though. A lot of bugs running around.

My opinion is that she is a sl*t. Obviously this guy is just out for sex! HELLO??? Of course she did something wrong, she's screwing a guy who could care less about her, but at least he gets his kicks in. Im a traditional, save sex for marriage, and I have. Right now im engaged and still a virgin. If I can do it you can. Keep the sh*t in your pants and you wont have these problems. (not you of course, I mean your friend)

If he still has someone out there who he considers his girlfriend she should leave him be. As for whether her decision is wrong, she didn't know about the girlfriend. There is nothing wrong with women asserting their sexuality as long as it's in a responsible way (becoming "addicted" to someone's sexuality is often a sign of dpeendency and it's best to work out the problems within yourself before adding someone else to your life)
All in all though it sounds like this guy is using her, though as a friend there relaly isn't as much as you can do. It's a decision she has to make for herself, though it might be good to point out the self-destructiveness of her actions if she's oblivious to it.

She did wrong but he must be really good in bed. Find her someone that is good in bed but wants a relationship with her.

She needs to stop sleeping with him. He made it clear that he doesn't want to be with her, hence he is just using her for sex so what more does she need to hear before she gets it through her head that he is just using her?

3rd date seems reasonable...
If he doesn't commit within a reasonable amount of time then
she needs to move on.
