Someone loving, appreciative, honest, and open about all aspects of our life together. Someone who has a sense of humor but is serious enough to understand when I need him to. Someone who can learn to conrol his anger and be there for me through all times. Someone who is not afriad to admit he is wrong, and someone who will work at things. Someone who is spontaneous and fun, and keeps things interesting - but someone who loves me is most important - someone who loves me for who I am.

Heres a joke for ya - see fourth floor for answer.
Recently a "Husband Super Store" opened where women could go to choose a husband from among many men. It was laid out in five floors.
The only rule was, once you opened the door to any floor, you HAD to choose a man from that floor; if you went up a floor, you couldn't go back down except to leave the place, never to return. A couple of girlfriends went to the shopping center to find some husbands...
First floor
The door had a sign saying, "These men have jobs and love kids." The women read the sign and said, "Well, that's better than not having a job or not loving kids, but I wonder what's further up?" So up they went.
Second floor
The sign read, "These men have high paying jobs, love kids, and are extremely good looking." "Hmmm," said the ladies, "But, I wonder what's further up?"
Third floor
This sign read, "These men have high paying jobs, are extremely good looking, love kids and help with the housework."
"Wow," said the women, "Very tempting." But there was another floor, so further up they went.
Fourth floor
This door had a sign saying "These men have high paying jobs, love kids, are extremely good looking, help with the housework and have a strong romantic streak."
"Oh, mercy me," they cried, "Just think what must be awaiting us further on! So up to the fifth floor they went.
Fifth floor
The sign on that door said, "This floor is empty and exists only to prove that women are impossible to please. The exit is to your left."

Patient. Kind. Caring. Likes little kids (even if he doesn't want any). Makes me feel safe even if hes not some huge guy. And does the little stuff, not all the time but when it really matters (like when I'm feeling bad or insecure). Looks are debatable and subject to change daily. But like you said this is an idea I've yet to find this person in real life.

He is as goodlooking as Hong Kong's Gallen Loh or as charming as Ben Affleck. He is funny, intelligent, frank but knows when not to tell the truth that mayhurt you (tell whitelies!) He is as fair as a magistrate. If he lives or inherits a castle that would be a boon!
He is your cook in the kitchen, your slave in bed, your hero who wears his underwear inside and not outside like Superman! Your mum, friends, neighbours and all your enemies like him too. He's also good at repairing stuff. And he's lucky at every baccarat game or casino table!
He has the 8 Cs. Cash, Condominium, Car, Computer, Compassion, Caring attitude, Cuteness and don't mind using Condoms.
I don't think there's a "perfect man" because all have imperfections. But we women are entitled to dream a bit, aren't we? :p

perfect man: thinks his wife/girlfriend is the most beautiful woman in the world. He can be your best friend (someone who you can talk to comfortably, laugh with, cry with)
PATIENT! Knows how to cook, knows how to be a sweet romantic and never forgets anniversaries and birthdays :D
I think if women had to define the 'perfect man', the list would literally go on for a LONG time

For me someone to make me laugh and smile. Someone who is open and honest. I can trust him with all my secerts and don't feel there is any need to lie to him. I can have fun with him and he teaches me new things about myself. And we support each other and help each other grow as individuals, because later on that would help us grow as a couple. And I want him to be able to give me space when I need it without asking if he did anything wrong, he would know it had nothing to do with him, just that I needed my time from him. I know guys like their space too, so I would understand. I'd also like someone I could cuddle with and tell my fears and regrets, really intimate stuff too without him freaking out and getting mad about it. And I would want him to tell me things too. I know its a lot to ask and can barely find anyone to tell you their real name, but I try to stay open and general about my options.
