Tea tree oil can help with the itch but you scalp is basically telling you it does not like the weave. Weaves can lead to a condition called traction alopecia an can result in damage to the follicles.

It's just loosening up away from the scalp. There are soothing scalp sprays to use between shampoos.

i had the same problem so i took them out and sewn them onto clips way easier to look after and i can still wash my hair properly, such a relief! you can buy them off ebay just type in hair extension clips. Good Luck !!

try a good braid scalp spray that will sort it out.if no you could be allergic to the dyes in the extensions

I find soaking my head in cool-cold water helped with the itch. Even a cold pack (Sew a packet of rice into a bag, then freeze it) on the roots is a great help

um, pink oil lotion works really well. it takes the itching away really well and only takes about 5 to 10 minutes. i apply in the morning, lunch and after dinner. so i can get a comfortable sleep

tea tree oil works well too.. I think paul mitchel makes a tea tree oil shampoo... It makes your scalp all cool and tingly feeling but I think that helps too

That ointment for bikini line rash like "sally hansen bikini zone" has diphenhydramine which is an antihistamine that is good for itching.
