LCD monitor both as TV and second monitor for laptop?

Here's what I want to do. I want to use it in my work using my laptop and for watching tv like discovery channel, etc. Could you suggest a good brand? Thanx!!

There are a few monitors with built-in TV tuners, but you can turn any monitor into a TV with a box like the AVS Tech "TV Station 100".
