Okay so im 15 and like im 5'7 and like i really wanna lose weight cuz i had stretch markes on my thighs and its really gross and like weird and like i wanna lose about 30 pounds but My Birthday Which is about 5 months how can i do it (please do not say anything negitave)

Heres a simple and serious way to lose weight and get in shape.. 1st off you need to cut your calories. i suggest staarting at 2200 and lowering a 100 a week. but do not go below 1800. thjis could cause your body to go into starvation mode and cause you to gain more weight. Also if you havnt already tell your parents about your weight loss goals. Have them help. For a lot of info and a free weight training routine go to www.ast-ss.com and sign up for the max-ot program its totally free and works. i started it about a year ago and have gained about 50 pounds of muscle. i guarentee a weight training program and 30 min of cardio 3-5 days a week along with a healthy diet will give you the result you want. Also make sure most of your calories come from lean protein. such as chicken or turkey. you should consume 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight. to maintain muscle mass. if you dont find all the info you want go to bodybuilding.com. they have every bit of info you could possibley want and more. good luck
heres a sample routine

monday = weight training chest
4 sets flat bench press 4-6 reps
3 sets dumbell press 4-6 reps 3 min rest between reps

tuesday= 30 min cardio such as running or bicycling as long as it is done at a good intensity

wednesday=Arms
4 sets barbell curls 4-6 reps
4 sets cable pressdowns or kickbacks or tri extensions 4-6 reps
3 sets standing dumbbell curls 4-6 reps
3 sets cable press downs or kickbacks or tri extensions which ever you didnt do before. 4-6 reps

thursday= 30 min cardio

friday= shoulders back and abs if you want
you pick exersises based on what feels right to you

saturday= 30 min cardio

sunday= rest

do something like this while staying on a healthy diet high in protein and i guarentee you will lose weight and feel and look better than you ever have. I cant stress enough the fact that you need to get your parents involved. and make sure to sign up for max-ot and read all the info

Five months and 30 lbs is completely do-able.

Cut out about 500-1000 calories per day from your diet or burn it off in exercising. You could kickstart a diet with the Special K diet (or any cereal would work) replacing 2 meals a day with 2 bowls of cereal, it could help you lose up to 6 lbs. in 2 weeks.

Keep hydrated and stay away from sodas, even diet ones, and empty calories. Eat lots of fiber, take a multivitamin and if you can, get in 24oz of milk per day.

Go to the gym and start building some muscle, this will help you burn off fat.

You'll hit a plateau or two and don't fret, just kick start your diet again and exercise a little harder when that happens.

You don't need any fancy diets or books, just eat smart, keep a food diary if you need to to see where you can improve, and cut out the sugars (or cut back) and empty calories. You have a completely obtainable goal. Exercise will help you to accomplish this and tone up after you lose the fat.

how much do you weigh now? also, don't be surprised if losing weight makes your stretch marks more visible.

you only 15 so all life ahead of you,don't go on drastic diet,eat sensibly,and exercise,you may not loose 30lb,but you will loose more inches, if you loose fast you will gain more than you loose,good luck to you.
