Look up Frogs in the Holy bible make you think it could be

The mark of the Beast is not a physical mark that all can see. Its a mark of a person that is promoting the cause of the anti-christ (Satan). If you do not have the Seal of God in your forehead then you will automatically have the mark of the Beast.

The Key to your question is the reference to The dragon, The beast, and the false prophet. Satan, the anti-christ and the leaders under him. your saying that in 1990 this dam was built and trying to fir it in with the reference of the river and the prophesy. But it won't be until after or maybe during more than likely after the rapture/End of most of the world will this happen and to me it has nothing to do with frogs being part of the mark. it has everything to do with the second part of the verse where it says preparing the way for the east. Which in my mind is no doubt China. They have been way to quite the last century. The Euphrates will be dried up by volcanoes lava and covered in ash which the Chinese are waiting to happen. They have been waiting for destruction on the earth by volcanoes and earth quakes for quite some time now and when it happens everyone will be defenseless and forced to accept the demands (the mark) of the Chinese. Makes me want to throw my playstation away if correctly interpreted.

Many people with more spiritual power than you have tried deciphering that book. Give it up. the 666 is simply Satan trying to be twice as good as God, whose number is 3. Once you start, your mind with be confused. The only good answer you will ever get is if you fast for 40 days and 40 nights (excluding Sundays of course) That's how all the iconographers got their inspiration. Try it. there are two "classic" marks of the beast from Revelation
either 666 ot 616 depending on whether you use greek or latin translations....
if you want to cut and paste any combination of passages to get a new numerical combination, you could obtain-while not infinite-tens of thousands of meaningless numerical references...
