I am totally into Cars , if you like good pickup but can compromise with mileage then go for Ford fiesta , if you want to spend less on spares & getting a avg cost effectiveness then go for Indigo.
Please remember the best mileage nowdays is with CNG gas but the power of the vehicle is reduced by around 15%.

well I would say the fiesta is a better choice , as we saw the other day it entered the limca book of records by giving a mileage of 31kmpl in its diesel, & about 22kmpl from its petrol versions in the mileage marathon. But in realtime i would say it can give about 18 & 14kmpl resptly.
other than these 2 the Hyundai Verna Diesel is a very good car any day its got a very power ful engine, good comfort &mileage.
that's a perfect car.

if it is between the 2, i say, gamble with the indigo. but if you can think outside the box i would suggest a buick skylark, chevy beretta, chevy cavalier, or honda civic.
