It depends on your teacup poodle's age. My guess is going to be you have a puppy, in that case I would recommend Eukanuba Small Breed Puppy. If your dog is between 1 year and 7 years, Small Breed Adult would be best.
Please, Please, Please do not listen to the advice about feeding your dog all soft and people food. Not only is "people food" not a balanced source of nutrition for your dog, but it can lead to obesity and other health issues. Also, Keep in mind the size of the dog. For example: If you feed your teacup 1 piece of bacon, that is like giving a 100 lb person 1 lb of bacon. Not healthy at all.
All soft food is also not good for your dog. They need crunchy food to keep the tartar down on their teeth, and maintain healthy gums. A diet of all soft food will lead to tooth decay in later years.
A dry, premium dog food will get the most nutrition into your dog, in the smallest amount of food. With a mini breed like your teacup, they are only going to be eating a small amount, and need a nutrient dense food designed for their size. Small breeds are burning more energy, pound for pound, than a large breed.

Well not everyone would agree with me but I have always given my dogs a combination of canned dog food with people food. I boil bones for stock and freeze it to add later. A piece of cheese occasionally, soups with lots of veggies, absolutely NO fats. They have lived to be age 17 and loved and eaten everything I ever gave them...made with love. I feed them once a day with maybe a treat during the day.

I would say to go to a pet store that sells premium foods such as eagle pack, wellness, innova, and nature's variety and ask them wha to feed. don't feed anything from wal-mart or grocery store cuz it isn't good. it has no nutrion in it at all. I use eagle pack puppy right now. it is expensive, but does a great job.

I would go keep it simple and go with a kibble that has no grain in it. Just potato and meat. Especially no wheat or corn. Rice is probably OK. The wheat is bad for many dogs and bad for their teeth and teeth cleanings are expensive.
