I'm not gay but I do like to take care of how my hair looks and if any women think that there is something wrong with that, please let me know because I appreciate your honesty.
The best anti frizz system is from PHYTO....but they are expensive, however, they will get the job done....
PHYTO has many products for different hair....but here is what I suggest you use.
1) Phytobrush Shampoo
2) One of Phyto's instant hydrating conditioners (the ones that you rinse off)
3) PHYTO's Relaxing balm (this is what you would use prior to blow-drying and its the best relaxing balm...it's allure's winner...its $25 for a 3.3 oz bottle...if you want more you can pay the same amount and get 7.1 oz of Frederic Fekkai Glossing Cream, that works great as well.
4) After you have blow-dryed, use BioSilk Therapy and apply it to your hair
5) Use a flat iron (and of course use a heat protectant...CHI 44, Sebastian Sharper Iron Hot Tools, Nexxus Protexx are just a few...
6) Use a good flat iron (People will tell you CHI is the best, it gives great results but breaks down, and if you purchase it online the warranty is void...) so use the SEDU flat iron, its the best and if you want proof and reviews with b4 and after pics, go to folica.com and see the reviews for the 1 1/2" they have...its also allure's winner as well....if you want a more detailed breakdown of flat irons see my other answers regarding flat irons (again I'm not gay)
7) Follow through with PHYTO 7 or 9 depending of how dry your hair is as they are leave in conditioners...
8) Use the PHYTO deep conditioner masks that are to be used once a week...
Obviously the last 2 steps do not de-frizz your hair, but that is taken care long before you get to them....the last 2 steps are just to help your dry hair.
Hope it helps.

hmm sounds like me! well as a child i had super thick, silky hair but now that i am a bit older (almost 19!) i have hair like my mom - the texture has changed a bit and it is more frizzy/thinned out quite a bit. it is naturally very wavy which is why there is frizz.
i recommend this: john freida's "frizz ease"- it is amazing. put a tiny dab on (a little goes a LONG way) right before you blow dry your hair. or, you can try flat ironing your hair. i straighten my hair a couple of times a week when i have the time and it fixes everything.
just because your hair is frizzy does not mean it isn't healthy- people have all different textures of hair from super smooth and fine to medium to coarse, etc. just make sure you use conditioner and try the frizz ease or straightener.

Mine is the same way, I ended up buying a product called Karastase you can look it up on ebay. It's pretty expensive but works great. I also take an egg every 3 days when I wash my hair and rub it through, and let it set for a few mins before washing it. It really does help. It also makes your hair shinier and more relaxed. Bananas also work very well for your hair as far as frizziness and dryness goes.

Do you blowdry your hair? I found out my hair went curly after pregnancy and didn't know it. I always blowdry and my normally straight hair went frizzy because I was brushing out the curls. Now I add a straightening cream (all brands in the store have them) and blow dry in sections to get hair smooth again. Maybe ask hairstylist next time you get a cut?

If your stylist uses a razor to cut your hair...its going to be frizzy. Drink more water. The more water you drink...the healthier your scalp will be and... the healthier your hair will be. Healthy hair comes from a healthy scalp. Try SunkSilk in the bright pink bottle. Hydratherapy. It works!!
