Are there any supplements I can take to grow taller at age 20? growth hormones do they work?

If you are extremely short there is a surgical procedure where they can lengthen your legs by several inches. It is very painful and you basically have broken legs for a long time.

No, there are no supplements. They sell "human growth hormone" on the internet, but this is a scam and should not be taken. Real growth hormone can only be given by injection and prescribed by a doctor. If you were growth hormone defficient a doctor should have caught onto it when you were a child. Being short though doesn't mean you are though. There are plenty of people that aren't as tall as they want to be. Just try to learn to accept yourself the way you are.

I know that growth hormones work for children. My nephew has been on them since he was 1. Without them he would only have grown to 3' tall, he is 7 and already taller than that. He should get to about 5'9 or so.

I don't know if they will work for grown men. Talk to your Doctor.

Growth Hormone works if your growth plates have not closed. Growth plates are located at the ends of long bones. An x-ray would determine if they are closed or not.
