What's your worst addiction, and why can't you kick the habit?

Smoking cigarettes was my very worst addiction but after 43 years of smoking I managed to quit "cold turkey"; my worst addiction now is black Spanish coffee (I drink about 15-18 cups a day, easily, which I brew fresh every single time) but everyone in my family drinks coffee to go to sleep and I cannot relax and go to sleep without a nice cup of strong black Spanish coffee. 11 years ago, my doctor said that at my then age, the stress on my body and nervous system would be worse than if I continued drinking coffee (I was in my late 40s then). She said that she knew other caffeine addicts who were her colleagues at the hospital... go figure!

Hey, "Loser," please send me an email and include a working email! We really must talk, OK?

smoking weed and eating sweets-especially chocolate. I am not over weight or anything. I don't kick them because I really enjoy both. I have quit the weed for job interviews etc. So if I had to I could I guess.

food. chocolate actually. It is totally mental. I will still want it even when my body does not crave it. It has become more of a habit than and addiction.
