Before you eat.
Well, after too is possible.. but ppl say you need to have 2 hrs gap in between to exercise well, especially if you do long distance or hard workouts.

If you do exercise before you eat, make sure you are not doing it on an empty stomach either. Have a power bar, or 1 or 2 slices of bread to fill up the stomach a little.

That's why, it is best too, to take in SMALLER meals (4 to 5) in a day rather than sticking to 3 BIG meals. That way, you'll constantly get energy, while not overeating.

Exercise before you eat, and take your vitamins when you take breakfast. Most vitamins and supplements have directions on how to take them, most of the time with food. Make sure you read the directions on whatever you're taking, that way you can get the best benefits possible.

I'm an RN and it doesn't make much difference before or after breakfast unless you can put more effort into your exercise with some nutrition in your body or if you cut your exercise short because of weakness and lack of nourishment in your body. However vitamins should be taken with a meal for better absorption. Good luck to you.

It depends on what the goal of your excercise is and what you are eating for breakfast. If your goal is to gin muscle it is best to excercise first and eat a breadfast high in protein. If your goal is to lose weight it is best to eat something light first and have a cup of coffee if you can. A cup of coffee helps in the burning of calories if drunk about 15 to 30 minutes before excercising. My doctor told me so when he put me on a diet and it does work.
As far as vitamins go I am unsure. I think if you take a daily vitamin it does not matter as long as it is taken the same time each day. Hope this helps, best of luck.

Hello- Take vitamins with meals, its better to have something in your tummy. As for exercise, that is up to you on how you feel after eating. But maybe wait for awhile after you eat, hour after you eat, just to let everything go down.

Take Care

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming, running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions, pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull, leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)
