YOU never have to give a credit card number if you have won a legitimate prize.
You never have to pay anything in advance to receive a legitimate prize.
If you didn't buy a lottery ticket, you DID NOT WIN ANY LOTTERY.
They are phishing for your credit card information - please don't give it to them.

ANY THING THAT TELLS YOU THAT YOU'VE WON A CONTEST OR QUALIFY FOR SOMETHING, WATCH OUT. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WAHT AND WHERE YOU USE YOU'RE CREDIT CARD.
