well im a little chubby and well everyone is telling me that im getting love handles and that some usually get it by having sex. i have sex once in awhile but i just want to know if this is true or have you heard its true?

You do Not get love handles from sex. I think the saying came from a sexual reference as something to hold onto , like handles. But do you get them from sex NO. Your body distributes excess weight in certain places and around your weight is usually the most common.If anything, more sex will help trim them down, after all, besides the obvious, sex is a exercise for you body. It's possible to burn as much as 600 caleries during sex. So instead of sex putting them on, it can actually help get them off. So consider it a fun exercise.

No "love handles" are not caused from having sex. Love handles is the term for the extra fat you have around your middle that can be used to hold on to you during sex!

you do not get love handles from having sex, if anything sex is exercise and will help to alleviate weight problems. Now that doesn't mean, "go have sex more". Just do some side bends, and sit ups... and eat right, you might be able to get rid of them.

Whoever told you that must of been crazy, or something. For one thing, for every 5 minutes you have intercourse, you burn about 1000 caleries. Sex is considered an excercise in some cases. So, no honey, its not true.

sex is exercise. if anything it will help burn off the love handles. Birth control pill, what your eating and how much you exercise that area will give you fat anywhere

are you on birth control? there are many factors.. but no you cant get love handles from having sex. keep it going :)
