What is that blue stuff that barbers keep combs in?

Barbicide it's a disinfectant to keep combs, brushes, and other hairstyling utensils clean. Scissors & Clippers (Trimmers too) are usually cleaned w/ Alcohol, rinsed w/ water and then oiled to keep them clean and working properly.
