No, I do not wear gloves when giving baths. BUT, if you are bathing several dogs with a chemical shampoo or a dip you should wear gloves. The chemicals can penetrate into your blood stream.

Better to wear a full rubber wet suit or do the naked thing in the shower or bathtub. But then, you could still wear gloves so the answer is yes. :)

No, do you wear gloves to give your baby a bath? I would never let my PATCHY get so dirty that I felt I needed to wear gloves to give her a bath.

No.I just think gloves are a nuisance.Unless you are washing dogs all day and need to protect your hands from the water and shampoos used.

I don't, however, I should! My hands get itchy and burn after using most soaps...But not for hygenic reasons. Most pro groomers will, to protect hands that are in soaps all day, and people with long, groomed nails should..to protect the nail job..

No, why would you? If you pet your dog, then it is no difference when bathing them, except they are wet and it is not like the shampoo is toxic.
