Guys: how do u deal with jealousy when other guys talk to the girl your trying to hook up with?

Depends upon the girl, if she KNOWS and most likely she does, know she got a bunc of dudes chasin after her....she's either lookin for competition, attention, or the one that's gonna satisfy her likes. So, i don't know how much you know this chick..but if she's really feelin you, then just continue to be that ideal suitor. Women normally know what they want from the get go, and so it's just a matter of you playing your cards right and saying the right things to win her little game.
As far as the jealousy, shoudln't be jealous of something that ain't really yours yet. Can't make no one love you, and if she chose the latter over you, then she really shouldn't have been chased after in the first place (unless you're just trying to get some certified booty, that's a bit different.). You got millions of FINE, fine fine fine women in this world man, be jealous when you HAVE a good one and homewreckers try n take her away. But if you're just in the competition, unless you like the game, look for something worth the chase. Cause i know some fine women will lead men on for that attention, and for the jealousy, and for the eventual fighting.

I can't just pick a fight because of that can I? Me not being a big huge fighter or anything. Usually I just pray they're not hooking up with that girl, or wait until they're gone.

If I was strong enough I'd just pick a fight, but still that'd be too intimidating, and not sure if I want to be intimidating in front of that girl!

If you're only trying to 'hook up' with her, then it doesn't sound like you two are committed. There isn't anything you can do about it. If she is flirting back with the guys, then she really isn't into a serious relationship with you, and you should just go with whatever and have fun. This goes for being in a relationship also though. If she flirts with them, she doesn't want commitment and you shouldn't get jealous(just let go).

I think it depends on each person. Personally, I dont get jealous at all. In fact, if I see the girl I like talking to other guys, I support it. Makes look confident and insecure about myself. well if you are already getting jealous from guys - only talking to her - then I wouln't even try to begin a relationship with her. Girls frown uppon that unless they need help and love drama and attention - then those ty[pe likes guys to be jealous of what they do. This type of relationship is unhealthy.
