It's a toss up between Papaya and Banana but I think Papaya is my favourite fruit but Banana is easier to get. I almost always have one or the other in the fridge.. I like Pineapples almost as much.. Same goes for grapes.. Fruits are extremely tasty have
a lot more flavour than veggies. Pumpkin is a fruit but that one as a veggy taste... same for tomatos. All fruit is great!
Right now I have pumpkin and tomatos and apples in the fridge!
It's really amazin how good most fruits are! As for vegetables
is strange that the one with the least flavour is most used that of
course is potatoes! it's potassium and starch and so is bananas
I'd rather eat a banana. the difference is bananas have sugar in them and if potatos have any sugar in them it's very little. I have made myself a mixture of potato and banana and it was delicious!

My favourite would be rockmelon as we call in in Australia... in other countries it gets called cantaloupe. I'm also a bit fan of kiwi fruit.

I more often not blend fruit and drink it. Rockmelon is really good for that... but I do it with all kind of fruits in any combination. I also add some pure fruit juice, and a dash of sugar free soda drink, before blending.
