um... i would actually try to find out if he liked you or not before making any move. i mean, there are rumors, but then at least you have an idea. be prepared to accept it if he doesnt like you- sorry, but that will happen a lot. and then if he does like you, i think you should take it slow. start flirting, then more obvious, then finally hint and if it looks like its going good, then tell him/ ask him out!!! good luck! :)
