I download runix but i dont know what to do with the file i got

If you wanted to "unzip" it in Windows you could use 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) It is usually used in Linux and Unix like operating systems.

Tar.Gz files are Unix and Linux operating systems for zipping (Compacting) files.

To Unzip this file try using the Gunzip command. For details type: man gunzip when you are running rlinux.

Use a free unzipping program (i think 7zip will do it).

A tar gz file means a zipped set of files (using Gnu Zip "gz") that has been packed into a single file (a "tarball").

in linux you can use 'gz' command

in windows just get winrar at rarlab.com
