No website that I'm aware of, but Martha Stewart has some good suggestions in some of her books and in Living magazine. Also, check out the local library. They usually have a session on homeopathy and/or aromatherapy which usually gives you information about essential oils, mixing them with glycerine products, etc.

Sometimes Wild Oats can help too. They sell unscented soaps and lotions that you can just mix a drop or two of essential oil into so you can customize your own smells.
