Click on your smile in gray box. Go to -edit my info- under your smile. Go to the picture and choose -use my yahoo!avatar- and click on it. You may have to Click on -edit my yahoo! avatar. Use the tabs at the top to make your avatar. Hope that helps. Good luck!

when you sign into yahoo mail, click on the character with the question mark on it and you can make your avatar
