Monosaturated fats (peanut oil, hazelnut oil, olive oil) are better for you than polyunsaturated fats (which are unstable, harder to digest and may lead to growths and polyps).

A fat is a combination of three fatty acids with glycerol. All fats and oils are composed of many different fatty acids. There is no such thing as a mono unsaturated fat, or polyunsaturated fat. You should avoid partially hydrogenated fats, and fats that have melting points above body temperature, and limit your fat intake to 25% of calories. One further recommendation is to avoid fried foods.

Monounsaturated fats are the best...like those in olive oil, flaxseed oil, and grapeseed oil.
