Brain cells are being killed off, just as with drunk human beings.And liver and kidney damage will result, theirs aren't just like ours and this will eventually prove fatal to him. This is animal abuse, you need to stop it now. If I was your neighbor & talking with you didn't stop this, I would call Animal Control. They will cite you, remove the dog, and you won't get him back. That is how very wrong this is.
