Hm, well could be anything. Could be some sort of skin infection, maybe infected flea/bug bites. Or it could be something like I just read on a boxers forum.. something called blistery acne? I would take her to the vet and see what the problem really is. It's hard to tell without seeing it. Best of luck and I hope she gets better. =]

Oh and is the pus smelly perhaps like an old sock because then it most likely is the blistery acne and you could try the remedy of Anti-bacterial wash, Vitamin E pills, and Aloe Cream. A change of feeding bowls, and diet (lamb and rice).

these rashes are common in puppies, and usually begin as sensitivity to grasses, or household cleaners, and then become infected..

Lance the blisters, clean the area with hydrogen peroxide and apply antibacterial ointment.

My puppies get those alot.It is red ant bites,but might be different with your puppy.If you live where alot of red ants are then you can about guess thats what they are.
