Hello my friend want to register his car under fake insurance. He wonder wat will happen if he go register it with that fake insurance?

He's a kid, right? There is either insurance or no insurance. Consider what happens if he manages to con the registrations office into believing he is insured, and then he has an accident before he is found out. No coverage for the vehicle, and if he is at fault in an accident with injuries, huge lawsuits for damages that he cannot bankrupt himself out of. Not to mention no coverage for his own injuries. No accident would still mean appearances in court to answer to charges of submitting false documents.
