parvo is a disease that usually only puppies get and they absolutely will not eat or drink anything no matter how hard you try to make them. And they don't want to move they will sleep for 24 hours if you let them. they start throwing up bile. and get so dehydrated that they die. i've got medicine, but parvo is a disease where you never know if it is going to kill them or not.

If I were you and I found out my dog had Parvo, I would put her down because it is cruel to let the dog die in pain. Most likely, your dog will not make it through 24 hours so put her down as it is a much nicer thing to do rather than letting her live for how many hours she does live.
If you have other pets and they have not had all their vaccinations done, they could also die from Parvo as it is a VERY contagous disease. Ask your Vet for some suggestions on what to use to get rid of the Parvo around your house because if you get any other pets within 10 years of living there, they would most likely die from it as well.
I am sorry for you and the dog but please do the right thing and put her out of pain, put her down. It is much better than letting the poor dog die in pain.

If the dog has parvo and you have other animals around, you might as well kill the other animals, it is that contagious. Parvo literally bursts every blood vessel in the entire body of the animal, causing it to bleed internally. The best thing you can do is take it to a vet right now and have the animal put down. Then you come home and clean your entire house with bleach water. If parvo gets in the ground, it lasts seven years. Take any animals you have to the vet and get them vaccinated NOW!

Parvo is a devastating disease in a puppy. I would recommend vet treatment immediately as she will probably need to IV's and medications and the support system that only a vet clinic can provide and then the outcome may not be positive. I'm sending healing thoughts your way and bless you for trying to help this stray puppy.

The best thing you can do for this poor puppy is take it to the animal shelter so they can help her because if you don't she will die the most horrible death. We had a dog named "Lestat" and he had Parvo and we didn't know that's what he had and it was awful. We had to put him down because it was to late to save him.

What you need is a 24hr. vet so she supervision at all times. if not here's what i did with two puppies of my own once. I used surgical rubber tubing and a suringe. To inject gatorade into their stomachs to keep them hydrated. the gatorade contains Antioxidants, and Electrolytes, and carbs that rehydrate and glocose-fructose. this is things she much needs right now! don't over do it. no more in than what comes out! your call its up to you now? I'm sorry for your puppy! and good luck!!
