lately, i've been wearing tennis shoes because i started playing soccer, and i can see one forming on my left small toe. how do i get rid of it? i'm freaking out...
PLEASE HELP...

the over the counter products wk for a minute but they come bk..the only sure way to get rid of them is surgery...

Your shoes are too tight, maybe pushing you down and forward...or just too small. Spread your feat out and your toes. Get comfortable shoes. You can find them with a fashion too.

Then start taking care of your feet. Long soaks in hot water, perhaps take a pumice (sp?) stone to the hard parts. Don't take the skin down too far. You'll just make it sore and it could get thicker. Then cream. Do this a couple times a week until they go away. Then be nice to your feet...it be great to do once a month. more...get new shoes too.

You can buy Dr. Scholl's corn pads at the drug store. Get better tennis shoes. Yours do not fit properly.

Corn pads will remove the corn.

You can buy "Freezone" corn remover at most drugstores.
