i want it short... like no more ponytail. but with longish bangs so my face is still framed.

I have very short hair and I have a round face. Go with a short bob. Curl the ends of your hair in and part your hair on the side

Put a part above the right eye. Sweep and style most of the bangs over to the left side of forehead & face. Let hair in the back hang at the bottom of the neck line. This style should be kind of layered and flipy-like. It is a beautiful style and gives the illusion of more length to your face.

Go for a short bob. I have a round face and my hairstylist keeps on telling me to cut my hair in a bob since I would look so good

I also have a round face and keep my hair pretty short. Whatever style you choose, I recommend getting razor edges. The razor edges make your hair look thicker and prevent you from looking like you got a bowl cut.

try the new spiky top look and then have long bits around the edgeing (i know that doesnt sound too good but its better if you see it in person) try and look though some style mags or even try and see what style the celbs have these days...
