I think that the '...' is effective... for emphasis.

Not really. It should be like this:

You caught me every time I fell. Yet why do I still feel like I'm falling for you?

Capitalize the first letter of every sentence and the letter "I" when referring to yourself.

No actually the "caught" doesnt sound right.
instead use sumthin similar like grabed or saved...
