There is always a white line through the center of the picture(horizontally) and the picture is just multiple color lines (vertically) across the picture. the sound is good sometimes picture is there for about 10 secs and then goes back to explained above?? PLEASE HELP

The problem is in the vertical components. That's as far as I can go.....somebody else take over from here!

If its on a box from your provider, have them swap it out, if that doesnt work switch it out with a new tv, try it with ur dvd player first to make sure its not a signal or service provider issue

I recommend returning this television immediately; it is apparent that it has multiple un-repairable problems with it.
