Spaghetti was never really my favorite. I am not too fond of tomato sauces. I have a craving for spaghetti only a few times a year.
I agree, it is awkward to eat. Etiquette suggests we should twirl it on a fork and spoon to gather a bitefull, but I prefer to cut spaghetti into maneagable pieces and spoon it up with a fork.
Give it a try sometime. You just might like it!

about half an hour after you have your first helping. If you have ketchen scissors just put the amount you want on your plate and cut it all up, then enjoy with a spoon. My Dad taught me to use the fork and spoon and all that. Tastes better cut up. Fed it to my kid at two that way she loved it. Why ruin a good eat with fan fare. Unless you have someones parents to impress forget it.
