i want to know who or from whom i get the best anwer thing, i mean who rated my ans as the best answer. and where i can find it.

click on your name on the side and you will see your profile.... it says there the questions that you have answered click on best answer.. it will show you which question voted you best

click on My Q&A right beside the Search for questions box.
then click on my answers tab
click on best answers and you will see all three best answers

click on your ID in blue on the left side of the page of yahoo answers homepage...it'll tell you there
