For chips for that truck(should be a TBI 454)call Ed wright @ fastchips.com.
Try putting a freeflowing intake system on it first,then do the same with the exhaust.
There are high flow throttle body's for these also,I believe Holley makes a direct replacment performance TBI unit.
Try the exhaust and intake modifications before you go to a performance chip,it will bring out the power in the previous modifications.

There's not much that can be done with these things, other than maybe opening up the exhaust. 93s didn't have very good engines as far as power.
