Try using a treatment designed to alleviate ingrown hairs like Priva Shave, Tens Skin or Skin Doctors Ingrow Go.

get a needle and rip a little part of the skin on top of the ingrown hair and then pull it out with tweezers it wont really hurt but if your afraid it will nub the area with ice : )

Exfoliate and ask a Beauty Therapist for any cream to apply to it. Make sure that after waxing u dont apply any creams to it straight after....leave it for a day...then make sure u exfoliate and moisturize- preferably with tea tree oil in the ingredients. Good luck :)

Loofah - you need to exfoliate the area regularly to remove all dead skin and prevent it from happening again

scrub and pick.
Make sure you scrub the dead, flakey layer of skin to give your hairs a better chance of poking through.
