Last year, I had a nice crop of small itchy blisters on my left lower leg, almost in a 4"x2" swath across the front and curving to the back. Of course, I scratched, they turned red, popped (oozed clear liquid) and eventually healed, after much time. Well, since then I have had recurrent small crops of small blisters (same clear ooze) on my right hand, some fingers, and left arm. After the left arm crop, when I scratched (it itched!), the blisters popped, clear liquid oozed, and I was left with holes in the skin, kind of. Basically pits. Each itch session was preceded by stress. Any connection? What could it be?

it is possible to have herpes zoster(shingles) which can only happen if you have already had chicken pox already. you could have a few other possibilities. You are going to have to see a dermatologist in order to get a correct diagnosis...because it could be a very serious problem . For the time being you can go to http://www.merck.com/mrkshared/mmanual/sections.jsp , just to read for yourself ...this site also shows some pics on certain skin conditions.

It is a form of the herpes virus...that is not caused by sexual contact. it is commonly called "shingles". It can and will recur at times without warning and is triggered by stress.
It is caused in the adult by the same virus that causes the chicken pox in a child and it's formal name is Herpes Zoster. During a breakout...keep from scratching and popping those blisters...The fluid is what spreads the virus. Keep a bandage over them while they are active. Especially keep away from pregnant women during an outbreak as the virus can cause hearing loss to the unborn child. If you become pregnant be sure to let the doctor know you have periodic outbreaks so that he/she can decide the best way to keep your baby safe in the event of an outbreak while you are pregnant.

Herpes is definitely one of those embarrassing and stressful anomalies that we all wish to avoid throughout our lives. Though, sometimes, we have no choice but to endure it. Bad luck I guess, and maybe even the result of the one time you decided not to use a condom.
For myself, I tried all kinds of different treatments and solutions, both prescription and over-the-counter. It seemed like nothing would work or give me any real results. The only thing that I seemed to experience was negative side effects and frustration. Plus, knowing I would have to use these treatments for the rest of my life didn't make things much better.

It wasn't until I checked online for alternative or natural remedies for herpes. Eventually, I came across http://herpestreatment.kyma.info worked like a charm.

With the resources and knowledge provided, I was able to completely rid myself of the herpes condition. Not just treat it, but actually cure it.
Best of all, it was done naturally- and the bumps/warts have not resurfaced since. So, I know how you feel. Herpes sucks, and sucks bad.
It leaves you bitter about the one who gave it to you, and insecure about yourself, and the possibility of giving it to future partners. I understand the dilemma all too well.
However, there are real solutions and options out there. I wish the best of luck to you, and a speedy recovery!

I have those too. I went to the doctors and they said it was eczema. I used to work at a grocery stored when I developed those bumps and all I did was wash my hands and it made it worse. My doctor told me not to use soap and water that much but instead using antibacterial dissolving gel ( i don't really know what they're called) but it stung my blisters too much. He gave me cream and it didn't sting. My previous doctor gave me a cream that stung really bad. Also my current doctor advised me to take allergy medicine because it was also allergies to an unknown stubstance.

people don't get herpes in those places. It could be a contact allergy,[like poison ivy] but that doesn't usually leave holes. Must go to a doctor!
