making pills is not easy and adding water to already crushed pills is breaking down the compound (so does baking it, haven't u heard of keeping your meds out of sunlight/heat?) if you want to make your own concoction you should consider making capsules, crush all the ingredients you need with a mortar and pestle then spread the powder out and using the larger part of the capsule, "punch" the cap full of powder and close it with the smaller half. finding empty capsules is not easy though, try online. hope this helps!

the pills are composed of active ingredients and inactive ingredients, all these are in the dry state, this dry state can be in the form of particulate matter or can be in the form of very fine aerosols, then they are mixed in a special manner and sequence in order to be homogenized, after that all the mixture is moisturized and gone to articulation proses, then to drying proses, followed by cooling stage, finally it is compressed by special compressors and gain their final shape which gives rise to the constant concentration of the active ingredients for every pill.
