Foley is the government guy who says he was abused by a clergymen when he was a child so thats why he is an alcoholic gay guy today who picks on Senate paiges

"Foleygate" was nothing more than a distraction from the Military Commissions Act that essentially dictates the American government cannot be held responsible for war crimes. Or maybe it was really just a coincidence that, despite the Republican party having known about Foley's indiscretions for anywhere from 4 to 6 years, the allegations came out at the exact same time the right of habeas corpus became extinct for anyone the government deems necessary. Luckily for the Bush Administration, the US can be distracted from the decline of democracy by a sex scandal.
